Refund & Return Policy

In accordance with EU consumer protection regulations, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason. After notifying us of your decision to withdraw, you must return the product within 14 days.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, and provided that it is unused, in good condition, returned with all accessories, and—where reasonably possible—in its original packaging, we will issue a refund of the product price only. Unless otherwise agreed, refunds will be made using the same payment method as the original transaction.

To exercise your right of withdrawal and initiate the return process, you may contact us via WhatsApp and submit your order details through WhatsApp.

During both the shipment and return process, you are required to send the cargo tracking number to us via WhatsApp in the form of a photo. Please keep your cargo tracking receipt until the return process has been fully completed.

Returned items must be sent to the applicable return address below after your return request has been approved.
